This class run by Marcia covers so many aspects of patchwork & quilting that it has to be called A-Z. You name it this class makes it from small simple quilts to something with a bit more difficulty, anything goes. Have you bought a kit and never taken it out of the bag. Bring it along and get it finished. Or if you need inspiration we have lots of ideas in the shop.

Christmas Club / Margaret

In the second half of the year we make various Christmas projects that have us well prepared once Christmas arrives. They consist of stitchery, patchwork and decorations and gifts.

A/ Z Sue

This class run by Sue covers so many aspects of patchwork & quilting that it has to be called A-Z. You name it this class makes it from small simple quilts to something with a bit more difficulty, anything goes. Stitching for the home or family, or maybe just a treat for yourself.

Scrapaholics / Marcia

This class is designed for using those scraps that can build up and never seem to go together. 3 different styles learnt over 6 classes

Patchwork / Marcia

Larger quilts are being stitched in this class run by Marcia, with more machine piecing than hand work.

Christmas Club / Marcia

This class gets you ready for the silly season, while everyone else is going silly you are under control with all your Christmas goodies complete.

Patchwork / Margaret

Margaret's patchwork classes seem to cover all sorts of projects from stitchery, to quilting to craft. There is no stone left unturned in this class. Margaret likes to concentrate on correct skills to get patchworkers into good habits early.

Embroidery/Applique / Marcia

In this class of Marcia's you get to enjoy two of her favourite things. There is very little machine work in this class. This is a lovely class with gentle chatter replacing the noise of sewing machines.
This is a great opportunity to work on one of Marcia's new designs which usually incorporate stitchery & patchwork.

Mainly Hand / Margaret

Margaret's patient and gentle nature makes her the perfect person to teach the accuracy of hand piecing. This lovely sampler takes you through all the tricks of the trade to achieve perfect results.

Stitch N Patch / Alison

Alison guides you through all aspects of patchwork and stitchery so that you can also achieve lovely results. Her participation In local groups brings plenty of new and interesting projects to the table and so you can be stimulated with all this industry has to offer.

Reproduction / Marcia

This is a new experience for many of our regulars. We new it was time to advance toward some of the more complicated patterns that are synonymous with this style. Each month is a new part of this centre medallion quilt, designed by Marcia. We will also pick up a little history along the way and there will be fabrics to compliment this pattern. Not recommended for beginners but a little confidence will be of great advantage.

Friendly Friday / Marcia

This friendship group work on getting their current projects finished while occasionally sharing a set project together.

Patchwork /Sue

What started as a beginner class has now extended to all manner of things.
Bright and funky quilts as well as traditional are being covered in this class.

Introduction to McKenna Ryan

Following the popularity of this quilt artiste Sue will be showing you the fundamentals of this Lady's particular style. Not for the faint hearted but well worthwhile these quilts are really quite spectacular. Sue will start off with a block and give you the skills to take it to whatever level that suits you.

Patchwork - Marcia

Block of the month quilts are being stitched in this class, with emphasis on learning good basic skills.

Machine Quilting

In this class Sue takes you through the basics of machine quilting on your domestic machine. Not a lot of experience required but practice does make perfect. A couple of simple tools required and a willingness to learn.
